- a dark rich heavy cake using dried & glazed fruit with great keeping qualities. For those that want a fantastic fruit cake.
LIGHT FRUIT CAKE
- a lighter textured cake with less dried fruit – keeping qualities are not as good compared to the dark fruit cake but is good for the person that wants a more cakey taste.
TROPICAL FRUIT CAKE
- a delicious fruity cake made with glazed & dried fruit, pineapple, coconut, nuts (optional) & a large sampling of Grand Marnier. What more can you ask for.
AMERICAN FRUIT CAKE
- a very dense fruit cake with very little flour & loads of nuts & glazed fruit drenched in Grand Marnier – very delicious & for those that are not as keen on fruit cake – more like a bar than a cake.
