 - this cake is a light sponge type cake with better keeping qualities. Moistened with a vanilla syrup & layered with a white chocolate ganache.

 - a light moist buttery cake with a hint of lemon flavour.

ORANGE & SOUR CREAM CAKE

 - a light moist buttery cake with a hint of orange flavour.

ORANGE & POPPY SEED CAKE

 - a tangy citrus orange flavour including orange zest, orange juice & poppy seeds all layered with an enhanced ganache.

LEMON & POPPY SEED CAKE

 - a tangy citrus lemon flavour including lemon zest, lemon juice & poppy seeds all layered with a enhanced ganache.

CARROT CAKE

 - a moist carrot cake with added walnuts (optional) & sultanas. A layer of a tangy ganache or lemon cheese frosting (filling restrictions may apply) added to the centre sets it off.

 - a moist light cake combining coconut, pineapple & bananas together to create a tropical delight – layered together with ganache or butter cream.
