Turning 60 & still getting out for some surfing fun. This cake was created for someone who loves surfing the waves of Sydney beaches.

Carved using our amazing mud cake flavour sensation, ganached then covered and decorated with fondant and coloured royal icing was used to create the waves and ocean.

 Big Happy 60th Birthday Wishes to the birthday boy.

Here’s a cake creation for a special birthday boy turning 4.

Brad celebrated his 4th Birthday Party with family & friends on Saturday 18th February 2012. To fit into the theme of his big celebration, Jon was asked to create a 3D Thomas the Tank Cake – one of our favourite children’s cake designs.

Sculpted from our delicious mud cake, ganached and covered with coloured fondant, replicating Thomas, the No.1 blue engine.

It was a big 2 days meeting some really lovely people and talking about cake.

We had just a few of our Amazing Wedding Cakes on display for future Brides & Grooms to enjoy and get inspired about their Wedding Cake design for their special day.

Loads of our delicious cake samples disappeared as soon as the plate of cake hit the table, we couldn’t keep up with demand. From our most favourite Kaluha Chocolate Mud Cake and our Baileys White Mud Cake which always gets the raves, we managed to pull out some of our other amazing flavours like our original Cherry Ripe Mud Cake and our NEW, exciting cake sensation, Crumbs Red Velvet Cake with lemon cream cheese frosting.
