Course Terms & Conditions
By registering for this course, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
- All courses require a minimum number of students to proceed. If there are insufficient numbers, the course may be cancelled or deferred to a later date, and you will be informed no later than 48 hours prior to the course commencing. In this case course fees can either be refunded by cheque or transferred to another course.
- You will be advised by email or phone of the course status approximately a week before the start date. You should contact us of 02 9679 1808 (in business hours) if you have NOT received confirmation or cancellation notifications.
- Cancellations received in writing to our office more than 21 days prior to the commencement of the course are eligible for a full refund or transference to another course. There are no refunds made for cancellations after 21 days, you may request to transfer your registration once without penalty to the next start date of the same course. If unavailable to attend from illness, by presenting a doctors certificate a full refund or transfer to the next course can be granted.
- Places on courses are only allocated upon full payment of the course fee. Payment must be received 7 days prior to start date.
- Crumbs Cake Art reserves the right to adjust their scheduling without notice.
- Become a loyalty member after completing a workshop at Crumbs Cake Art and you will be entitled to receive information on other workshops and a discount on future courses.
- Adequate parking is available. No responsibility taken for damage to cars in parking area.
Payment
An invoice will be emailed or posted to your address confirming your booking.. Full payment is required on receipt of invoice to secure your booking, this to be paid within 7 days.
We only accept the following in payment;
- Bank transfer
- Cheque
- Money order
- Cash
- Paypal invoice (mastercard, bankcard, visa)
