How to cover a square cake using ganache & fondant

Level of skill – Easy-Medium

Pre-requisite – Basic Beginners Workshop is an advantage, however not a requirement. Advantage of completing our Beginners Workshop is you get to freshen up your skills and learn the main fundamentals of cake decorating with loads of hits and tips.

In our Basic Intermediate Cake Decorating Workshop you will learn the correct procedure to cover a square cake & how to control the icing without the cracking or not knowing how to cope with the corners.

You will learn how to achieve square angled corners & edges so as they look professional. We will show you how to create a peel back explosion with a sugar figurine & with wired decorations.

You will be provided with a delicious square Chocolate Kaluha Mud Cake & you will be working with ganache as well as fondant on the day.

A relevant course information pack will be provided giving you professional recipes & information.

You will be delighted with your creation that you will take home on the day. Your family & friends will be amazed.

All equipment is provided on the day as well as a delicious lunch & refreshments.
